The Old B&B Rooms (Purdy's Place) |
 |
The Old B&B Rooms are Part of our 16th Century Farmhouse and have been sympathetically Restored using original materials and Luxury Fittings and Furnishings ....... Perfect getaway home.
The Old B&B Rooms are part of the Farmhouse but offers a character grade 2 listed area on three floors to either add 5 to your numbers when booking lower Damgate Farm for Exclusive use, or this part of the farm is available to use seperately and is often the one our Brides and Grooms return to as their little perfect retreat in the Peak District.
You enter through the stable door into the good sized and oak beamed open plan dining and lounge area, Most guests use the cooking facilities in the courtyard properties but there is room to relax and eat in this part of the farmhouse
The stairs take you to the first floor landing and to a large bedroom with twin beds and another stable door leading to a balcony area and outside stone steps.
The bathroom, also on this floor has a double shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.
Further stairs take you to the second floor and the main family bedroom with a double and single bed and wash hand basin.
There is a small sitting out area by the cottage which gets full sun all day. Shared use of spacious grounds with the other properties at this location.
Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the cottage and the farm through our interative map.
